Download the TELUS Games Player

With the TELUS Games Player you can try out demo games, subscribe to TELUS Play Pack, and play the games!

In order to register and activate your subscription to TELUS Play Pack or TELUS Arcade Pack you will need to download the TELUS Games Player. It is a FREE desktop application that manages your subscription and the games you play.

Already a Play Pack subscriber? Simply download the Games Player and click on the “Log in” button to start

Getting Started


Position Help Description
1 Download the TELUS Games Player*.
2 Review the TELUS PLAY PACK Services Agreement and install the Player.
3 Sign up for FREE membership to try out the service and prior to registering.

To sign up:

Click on the Games Player icon now installed on your desktop. Once the Games Player screen home page appears, select the "Sign up" button and follow the steps for your free membership.

Please note this free membership User ID and password, let's you explore the TELUS Play Pack service, and try out the demo games.
4 Subscribe to TELUS Play Pack or TELUS Arcade Pack.

Select the Pack you wish to subscribe to from the Games Player home page and follow the steps to register.

Note: your final User ID and password may change once you sign up for the service with TELUS. If you have already registered for the Play Pack service, go to "Log In" instead.
5 Start playing games! Log in to the TELUS Games Player with your User ID and password, and play the games in the catalogue!

*Please note your PC system requires Windows 2000 or higher. Minimum system requirements apply. The TELUS Games Player has an automatic system checker that will check your computer automatically to determine if your PC meets the minimum system requirements for a game.
